Default H&R 925 Age?

Hi all,
I Recently Purchased a snubnose H&R in 38sw for my Wife to plink with. Years ago I came across a large amount of 38sw brass and have been looking for a inexpensive 38sw to run it since. I found this and it looks to be New in the box.

The serial has a AD1 in the first 3 spaces. Don't care about value, I only paid $100 for it anyhow. I would just like to know about when it was made if anyone can help.
