A blind man at 8th and Market was waiting for a bus when his seeing eye dog raised a leg and peed on the blind man's leg. The blind man immediately reached into his pocket and pulled out a treat and offered it to a dog. A cop that had seen the entire incident asked the blind man why he would offer a treat to a dog that had just peed on him?

The blind man said, “As soon as I find out which end his head is on, I’m going to kick his a$$.”
