Okay, I've managed to get an album started (still don't know how) and posted a picture in a thread. It's huge
. How do I adjust the size?

You have to adjust the size before you post it. Bring it up in your photo editor on your computer and adjust to an appropriate size. Then save it to a NEW NAME, so you don't lose the original. Post that one.
