I own firearms but I only qualify for one of these which is being a member of a group of gun enthusiasts. I dont believe this. There is just no way. This is so untrue *shaking my damn head*

Oh yeah what does "weather sealed" mean?

One of my bestest Uncles was a survivor of the Bataan Death March (God rest his soul). When he was a kid, him and some buddies were out shooting. He had an old barrel cocking shotgun. He put the butt on the ground, locked his fingers together over the muzzle, and cocked it. Yep! blew both his middle fingers off at the knuckle.

Maybe that was a good thing. He woulda given the Japs both birds knowing him. That woulda been an instant death penalty.

Thankfully, he wouldn't have qualified for any of the others listed.

Which brings up more questions.

Is a Garand an 'assault' rifle? I'd be willing to bet that it has killed far more people than the EBR.

If I have Mtn House dehydrated meals, are they also MREs?

As some else has mentioned; does storing ammo and using a dehumidifier quailify?

From the op's list I can only surmise that we can all be called terrorists. Even the eco 1st, backpacking, vegan that got mixed up using a food slicer.

The worst part of the whole concept?

Our elected officials seem to think this is worthy of their time. Rather than do their jobs and address the real issues, they waste their time on this crap.

Assault rifle, carbine sized long arm capable of selective fire. How many here are real live owners of real life assault guns that are not tag holders and have been checked 7 ways to Sunday by the FBI.

I absolutely refused to be cowed by ignorant half wit journalist and politicians who apply the scary appellation "Assault Gun" on any gun that looks scary to them. They can suck my hairy armpit after a hard sweaty day in the woods cutting and chopping. I want to make sure they get the flavor they deserve.

Jack, I like the way you think, I only own one 9mm pistol, that is because that is what they will tote. I own one MRE, hell they got to eat too. Do they still use 7.62 x 51? I hope so, I have a lot vested in that, if not I do own a few 5.56 rifles too

It's clear to me that Napolitano and her odious ilk don't believe for a second that there's a real "lone wolf" threat in America. What a load of diaper doo. Lone wolves, my a$$. What they're concerned about are the WOLF PACKS who are clinging en masse to their guns and religion and are fed up with Washington. That's the "threat".

rocket man. all the taxpayers dollars would go to building new pens and not war!!! haha. this new law is stupid *shaking my damn head* . What about those meals called lunchables and that microwavable rice etc. I got 8 days of them in the fridge lol
