IMO, TG is is about the worst powder one can use in the 40 S&W. It is super fast, burns very hot, has a very narrow safety window and has blown up more pistols than any other powder. Pick something a bit slower that will keep both you and your pistol in tact.

I only ever used bluedot in the .40s the short time I loaded for it. It wasnt a cartridge of interest for me.

You state titegroup only. Ok I'll break the rules and suggest the following:
Berry's 180 grain Flat Point or Hollow Point plated bullet. SP Primer Universal @ 5.0 grains COAL @ 1.125 I think 5.8 Universal was max load, Hodgden has the exact number, look it up to be sure. I liked the minimum load myself, less recoil and little velocity loss. I shoot it out of a Glock 23. Expect about 1000 fps
