Mfg. ~1901. Value depends on condition. How is the bore,action? Any rust?Standard Catalog of Firearms give values from $300/condition, $500/fair, $850/good, $1,500/very good and $2,500/excellent. Hard to tell from your pics, but if the gun is not rusted, pitted, or reblued, I'd put it in the good+ to very good range. If the wood is discolored under that pad, that would detract from the value, so I'd leave it on there.
