What does this stock fit? - The Firearms Forum

My Brother bought this stock for me at the flea market in Tallahassee, Florida. The guy selling it had it identified as an M1 Carbine stock and my brother knows I have an M1 Carbine so he bought it for me. My Brother knows virtually nothing about guns!!

I know it does not fit an M1 Carbine. I think it is for a Mini-14/Mini-30 but I do not have either to compare. I have owned both in the past, but that is not helping me any, now.

I have taken half a dozen pictures to post and I figured someone will be able to identify it positively for me.

Looks like Mini-14 to me.

Yep. mini 14 and its missing the reinforcement and screws.
