    I too have a CZ452 varmint in .17m2. I like everything about the gun but if I had it to do over again I would buy it in .22lr. The m2 can get expensive if you want to do a lot of plinking. Also I wonder how expensive or available the ammo will be in years to come. Joe

    The 17's seem to be a love-it or hate-it thing. I like the their design to be honest, such precision and consistency. I wish the ammo for them was a little cheaper, especially being rimfire. I have two uncles with .17hmr rifles, one has a Marlin bolt, the other, a Henry Golden Boy. I've only shot the Marlin bolt, and can say it's a lot more accurate than my brothers decked out 10/22.
