(2) 1887 Winchesters

    I recently inherited a large lot of older weapons and wondered what these two are worth. Both appear to be 1887 winchester shoutguns and fully functional. The shorty has a 19 1/2" barrel and looks to be 10ga with a SN# of 32906 and the longer one with a 30" barrel , 12ga and a SNN# of 43638. Both have bright bores and the long gun has some checkering. I am interested in selling these two with many others and am looking for a value. Thank you

    I am not sure about the chamber on the 12ga. but the 10ga. probably has a 2 7/8 " chamber. I used to have one that someone butchered ( cut the stock down by cutting a piece out between the butt and the grip). Fired several 3 1/2" before I got wise and did some research. Winchester built a very tough weapon. The gun handled the loads with no damage except to my shoulder.
