We all belly ached when gas went over $3. a gallon. I thought I'd share with you where gas is going in S.W. Missouri--down! I hope it's just the beginning, because it's still too high. This is only in Springfield though. Most of the small towns around here are still 20-30 cents higher, but they should catch up(or down, I guess).

We have one station at $2,29 this morning. Most are $2.34. I filled up today, just in case. I read that oil prices went up by $4. a barrel yesterday.

Gas is going back up, folks. Due to the impending hurricane Rita. As of this morning, the price of oil is shooting back up so gasoline will follow in the next day or two. Fill up now.
