22 rem.jet magnum ,centerfire

    who made rifles inthis chambering ? is ammo available /valuable /velocity/weight? looks like a necked down 38spcl.

    It was developed as a high-velocity, small-bore handgun cartridge and that's pretty much what it stayed until it faded into oblivion.
    A few folks did do some custom rifles in the caliber (and several versions of an "Ackley Improved" wildcat variant of it usually labeled .22/357), but I'm not aware of any major makers that chambered a rifle in the .22 Jet.

    i believe marlin offered their "levermatic" model 62 (1963-1969) in this caliber and H&R offered a single shot barrel for the model 158 combo (1962-1970) in this caliiber.

    I stand corrected Bill. Thanks for the rifle info.
    I wonder how that little noisemaker fared out of a rifle compared to the .218 Bee.
