Would like to know manufacture date & model (if able to use modern ammo or Black Powder)

    Description:
.32 cal. hammerless, w/Nickle finish (barrel & 5 cylinders in excellent condition), black grips with owl heads, also excellent condition. Top break, double post and has a coil spring. On top of barrel: Iver Johnson's Arms & Cycle Works, Fitchburg Mass. U.S.A. There appears to be a star before Iver, after Works, and before and after Fitchburg Mass. USA. The serial number on the trigger guard: 65035, under left grip is B 65035. On butt of gun: (2 lines) PAT. NOV 17, 08. and PAT`S PENDING.

    Thanks for your help

this is also a third model but it is a large frame 6 shot 32 S&W Long caliber. third model large frame 32 S&W long serial number D62301 was manufactured in 1915, there were 2,900 of this model manufactured in that year. value will be the same as posted above.

the only exception to this would be the 22 rimfire hammerless models. there were only 6,200 total manufactured of the third model small frame 22 rimfire hammerless models manufactured between 1911 and 1938 they would bring at least a 25% premium.
