I have kept all my 44-40 Winchester brass - over 200 rounds. Does it have any value to a re-loader to defray my costs of buying new? If so, where to sell?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Assuming it is modern brass, yes. You may find a loader willing to reload your brass for you and avoid the excise tax. Or, they may credit you some amount for the brass against a purchase.

Do an internet search for 'once-fired brass' and see what .44/40 brass is selling for.

About 12 cents each right now depending on headstamp. Winchester, Remington and Starline are the most desireable.
