#9 powder

    Are there any applications for #9 powder for either 9mm or .45ACP? I can find none in any of my reloading materials. Thanks for any advise.

    No not really, to slow burning for the 9 and 45. It's best suited for magnums and 10mm.

    AA#9 is comparable to W296 and H110. It is for magnum loads in 357 and 44 mags (mostly). It also can be used in small rifle cartridges like 22 Hornet and 30 Carbine. It probably should not be used in 9mm or 45ACP.

    Would this powder be suitable for .357 mag and .41 Mag?

    Yes, it is a very good powder for these two magnum shooters! It's what I use in .357, and .44mag.
