I couldn't find a cost, but I sure like the gun! I had one of the original LCR's in .38+p. I was a really good pocket carry pistol (revolver for you purists).
Looks like the LCR has a $600 MSRP---so somewhere in the $4-500 range retail?
S&W made at least one model, and Charter Arms makes a 9mm revolver.
Interesting that the 9mm LCR is heavier than any other LCR in any caliber.
Wonder why---can't be for recoil control, the 357 has got to be way nastier.
More metal in the cylinder?
There isn't to many 9mm pistols and this might not be so good for a carry gun but I thought this pistol was interesting. It's made by Alfa-Pro j and called a Czech Point 9231. In 9mm luger. Most of the time it's out of stock but I have seen it available for sale sometimes.
I just now checked. Bud's Gun Shop had the Taurus for $383. It was $414 at Cheaper Than Dirt. Both places have given me good service. My favorite online auctions are ********* and gunauction. I have SEVEN Taurus revolvers and all of them are dependable.

I've read several articles over the last couple weeks. They're saying police departments, nation wide, are getting away from the larger caliber handguns, and changing over, or going back to, the 9mm's.
