Adjusting T/C Trigger

    I have a Thompson Center Impact whose trigger I would like to lighten. Outside of taking it to a gunsmith is there anything I can do to lighten it? I don't know if changing a spring or adjusting a screw would make it lighter. I don't want to work on the sear.

    My T/C's have adjustable triggers and only require the trigger
    tool to adjust them....yours doesn't ?

    Mine came with no tools. I bought it used.

    the only tool mine requires is a screwdriver.
