solve that problem just put a sign out fromt that says "by agreeing to enter the "detonater" you waive all rights to trial, but your burial will be free of charge, with deluxe pine box"

Great idea. Might shorten the time spent trying to get on a flight

Sounds like a good idea, but it won't work. Remember United Airlines Flight 93, no bombs. I think that all passengers boarding an airplane should be issued a six shot revolver loaded with rubber bullets. When the highjacker jumps up and starts to try to take over the plane, then everyone could open up on him. Once the guns started to run dry the other passengers could then beat him to death with the pistols. End of problem.

I like both solutions. They should be used in tandem. Carvers idea would take care of anyone trying to sneak in binary explosives who made it past the BOOM Box..

I say only give the guns to 1 in every 3 passengers, that way there will be plenty to stop the threat, but alot less likly to give to someone having a "bad day"

There is another real solution out there, but at this point in time I can not reveal it. My brother, who is an airplane mechanic, has come up with the perfect idea, and is in the process of talking to National Security about it. This is a long slow process, so I might not get to tell you about it for some time. It will work though!
