I have one of Century's AKMS underfolders. Almost always the following will happen Once from a magazine full, usually around round 9 and 12. The bolt will not close, it seems it fed the ctge. into the chamber but the case rim did not slip under the extractor and the extractor will not hop over the rim. Got 2 metal mags with gun, both do it or I would have assumed mag. trouble. I had previously gone thru 240 rds. of Herter's ammo with no problems, now I'm using Tulammo. They both look the same to me? Would this be a mag. issue, an ammo issue or something more sinister?

Ammo, all the way. Tulammo is the garbage heap of ammunition. Wouldn't surprise me if the case wasn't sized properly.

Agreed too. I've been preaching against that crap for a while. Your chamber is getting crudded up with varnish. I have on in the shop now same problem as you. Load is with surplus brass ammo, works like a champ. Cheap ammo is OK but Tula is the cheapo rejects

Agree 100%! I learned the hard way as when I first got my AR.
Didnt take long to relise the ammo is some CRAPPY "stuff".
I've got a few rounds left free to a good home!
(take that back, wouldnt want anyone shooting the "stuff"
    in their AR's!)

I have heard that that ammo wasn't worth buying, glad I hadn't tried it. It must be REAL bad if an AK won't eat it.

I'd bought some b6975, right after getting my AR and my rifle was super
clean. After about 19 or so rounds, I had one (after fired) caseing stuck
in the chamber. Tried pulling the bolt back and it was stuck bad.
It had broke off the edge off the rim of the caseing and had to get
a dowl rod to get the caseing out! Never again!!! lol
