I got 500 9mm LRN bullets from Missouri Bullets. I loaded some and went to the range. They seem to shoot alright but when I tryed to eject one to unload it was stuck. When I got home and did some checking the bullets seem to be a little oversized (.0005). Has anyone else had this problem. Will it hurt my gun to shoot them. I shot about 30 before I realized the problem. They seem to shoot ok, you just can't eject a whole cartridge.

You bought bullets, not loaded ammo? And when you tried to eject one (that you loaded) unfired from the gun, it was stuck? So you got home and miked the bullets and they are .3555, instead of .355?

If the bullets are 5/10000 oversize, it should not cause any problems at all. I shoot .308 jacketed bullets in my 30 caliber rifles, but .309 cast ones. That's 10/10000 oversize.

If your worry is the loaded rounds are slightly oversize, get yourself a Lee Factory Crimp Die. It has a carbide sizing ring on the bottom, and will solve that problem.

    Let me guess. . .

Your OAL is TOO long and getting stuck in the rifling. Different bullet profiles require different OAL for the same gun.

I shortened the AOL to 1.083 to get them to work. When I chronoed them with an AOL of 1.115 they shot at +-1011 fps. I will need rechrono with the new AOL. I am using 3.0 gr of Tightgroup powder
