I have a friend who has an Arisaka Japanese rifle from WWII. I think it would fall under C&R but am not sure. Can anyone here enlighten me? Thank you in advance from an old codger.
It does. Any rifle over 50 years old - which all WW2 rifles are, is by definition a C&R. The rifle must be in its original configuration - in other words not sporterized.
