OK, gotta plead ignorance on this one (like that's new!)

With the sunset of the AWB, will this affect the transfer of Class III arms? More importantly, will it allow the additional manufacture of transferrable arms? Given the current fixed supply, prices are out of this world, and I was hoping this might help matters.

Nope, the AWB had nothing to do with the manufacturing and sale of Class III weapons. Those banned in 1989 remain so. Those prior to 1989 remain under the 1934 law.

Bummer, still have to deal with limited supply and high demand = high prices.
