Sorry, Nuch130, some of our guys have been sick lately and others have been pulling double duty, so sometimes we're a little slow. But I'll go see if I can rouse someone up to help with your question. :)

Hello nuch130, The Beretta is a fine weapon and the Brigadier with the heavier slide reduces felt recoil.

    Hi Nuch....welcome to TFF.

Sorry we haven't replied sooner, but we've been a bit short handed lately.

I can't tell you anything from personal experience, since I've never shot one. Those I've seen have been of typical Beretta quality....a very well made gun.

The 92F is the weapon that the U.S. selected as the official sidearm of the Armed Forces in 1985 (designated M9).

The Brigadier is basically the same gun except with a heavier slide to reduce felt recoil, wraparound rubber grips, and three dot sights.

not to mention a heavier price

the brigadier ELITE II ,has much more than cosmeticts

stainless slide and barrel , heavier locking lug , recessed muzle crown , front and rear checkered straps , no lanyard , and a beveled magazine well , grip screws have been changed to hex heads ,also a skelentonized hammer , novak sights, the dao models sports a 4.75 pound trigger pull

it also has won IDPA championships several times
you can easliy recognize the ELITE II by its little "hump" on the slide

oh! did i mention i was a beretta fan
