I've gotten brass colored Armscor bullets. There really are too many options for us to speculate.

You really just need to ask the shop.

Difference in a guilding metal jacket and a plated bullet. Id bet the gold color bullets are either plated or have copper clad jackets. The yellow brass colored bullets are guilding metal jackets. The guilding metal is an alloy of brass and copper and maybe a touch of nickel.

The bulk bags could be either remington or winchester bulk, or maybe even military pulldowns. I bought a 5K bag of .224 pulldowns at a gunshow for 150 bucks. cheap shootn right there.
