    I was not happy with him, but I knew his replacement would be worse.

    I loathed and despised him, but I'd rather have him a third W term than the second Carter term that we have now.

    i liked him. i think he honestly was trying to do what was best for the safety of the country and its people. and i think that he has a good heart.

    I think he was forced into it and was controlled by his father and Cheney. I bet he is so glad his time is over. To me he was like Goober from the Andy Griffith Show. Just a knucklehead that under stress could not communicate well.

    When he ran against his cousin, John Kerry, I think he wished that he could have given Kerry the job. But it was not to be. The elite had made their decision.

    While I disagree with a lot of his policies, I'd love to be able to meet and talk to the man.
    He had a backbone and wasn't scared to tell you what he thought. He also didn't throw his friends or country under the bus.
    What happened today at the U.N. was and will prove to be one of the worst moments in the history of our country. :mad:

    It's sad how much everyone hated him and bashed him and now they have a hard time admitting that it was better than what we have. But yes I miss him already.
