    It looks like you have a Belgian made H. Pieper Flobert gallery/parlor rifle.
    I don't know much else about it.

    Pieper was one of the better Belgian makers, and marked his guns. Since no markings mentioned, probably product of the multitude of anonymous "cottage industry" sources.
