CHRISTMAS DINNER

so, what yall havin.
we are having baked ham, boiled shrimp, bologna(beef and deer) sharp and mild chedder, swiss, hot pepper, long horn and provlone cheese, home made laszania,sweedish meatballs,veggie tray and 2 types of dip, rye bread, kaiser rolls,wheat buns, pickles, olives,hot pickled cauliflower, pickled ramps, pickled garlic. homemade apple and cherry pie along with home made harvest and fruit cake and cookies. several wines, beer and coffee

Fried shrimp.....don't need anything else.:D

Ham, mashed taters, green beans and all kinds of other potluck dishes.

That is our menu. Just the basics.

That's pretty much the menu at our house for any holiday. It's easy and delicious.

Christmas Dinner: Rib eye roast, baked potato, stuffing, green beans with rolls.

Our family Christmas dinner (sixteen in attendance) is at a Chinese buffet.

I had Crab legs with lemon butter, salmon, spring roll, dumplings with hot chinese mustard, seafood combination, pepper steak, Broccoli chicken, and finished up on cold dishes of shrimp cocktail, Kim Chi and Sushi with Wasabi.

Everyone enjoyed the heck out of it, Judy didn't have the hassle of preparing the meal, and the bill total was under $200.
The ONLY drawback is: No leftovers!
