Born-again Christian, NRA member, veteran, registered Republican, and a serious bad a$$. If we were pickin' teams, I'd take Chuck in a heartbeat.

Hard to believe he turned 71 earlier this year!

I agree, he's pretty awesome, and all you stated above makes his input valuable.

I'll be the first to admit, I never cared much for his acting. But though I wouldn't compare him to some of the Hollywood greats "on screen" he's one of the few I can respect off the screen. His success hasen't seemed to make him better than thow or turn his back on common man values.
He use to frequent my brother-in-laws martial arts studio to inspire the kids. His studio did ok but he certainly couldn't afford to pay him. So for what it's worth I think he deserves a little credit as a humble and decent man. I don't realy know but I just don't see him as one of those spot light junkies that use their stardom to persuade their fanbase to vote as they vote etc..

When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, he had 2 missed calls from Chuck Norris.

Chuck Norris got pulled over by 2 cops. Chuck Norris let them off with a warning.

I'm not a Norris fan, but his stance shows grit considering where he makes his living. It shows good 'ol common sense too.
Now, don't even get me started on Alec Baldwin, calling that man a half-wit would be insulting to the true half-wits of the world.
