The Colt 2000 All American is an aberration that Reed Knight designed. One of the few designs that make the Colt Double Eagle (another aberration) look good. Horrendous trigger, FTF, FTE and no support as all tooling was returned to Reed Knight when Colt finallly woke up. I do believe that there is some collector interest (mainly because it has the Colt name) and may appreciate over time but as a shooter there are far better choices.

The Colt All American turned out to be the Edsel of the gun world. If you can get it cheap enought you might put it a way for a few years to see if the value will go up, however as stated ,do not buy it for a shooter.
