    Hello!

I have Colt Pyhton 357mag 6" from 1986 (Colt 150 year). Blue finish, in orginal box all pocklets etc. Less than 100 rounds ever shoot. Condition "like a virgin". Is it more or less than USD 1000?

Much like Madona, a virgin she ain`t and neither is your python.
Once fired it becomes worth a regular market colt python with a
nice box. I don`t know how many of these boxed guns we see fired and folks think they are still worth gold. These are sold for collectors or sets for collectors, begining or otherwise in the hopes of an increased value and in most cases they never gain the value they originaly sold for. Take the Winchester rifle series for example.

Colt and S&W fall into a different catagory, but firing yours removed it.

    less than $1000

***edit*** Since I now see the use of "USD" I`ll assume this gun will never reach the USA----so you should be able to get over a $1000USD

    Thank you for your aswers!

That´s true this python will never come back to USA from Europe. Prices are here probably higher than in states.
We dont have some many collectors, and really new (never fired) guns is harder to get. Now when it is used, one or two hundred more rounds makes almoust nothing for value I think, is that true? (If I handel it carefully).

In the USA Colt Pythons, Diamondbacks and Vipers often sell for more than Blue Book value. Your Python would not sell for $1000 this year, but will likely reach that price in 2007 or 2008.
