My Crimson Trace LaserGrips needed adjusting and I had lost the small adj tool. I didn't have anything close to working. So, I emailed Crimson Trace Customer Service and explained the problem, asked how much,etc. Their email came back faster than expected ststing no charge for the tool that I lost. Got the package a few days later with not one but four sight adj tools. No one can loose four. ( can they ) Great company with a great product that cares about their customers. Give them a try.
