Let's see.... we've changed the mantle clock, the grandmother clock, the kitchen clock, Marlin's 24-hour bedroom clock, my alarm clock, the bathroom clock, and the 24-hour clock above Marlin's desk.

That leaves the VCR clock, the clock in my car, the clock in Marlin's car, Marlin's watch, my watch, the microwave clock, the coffee maker clock ... and probably at least 5 other clocks that I haven't thought of yet.

The one's I didn't have to worry about: Computers, Mobile Phones, Settop box, Weather Station.

The one's I had to set: Alarm clocks (3), stove, microwave, cars (2), watch.

I also liked all of the "The world is going to end" nonsense that went with this change. I tried to calm things down for once by asking "How is this year's time change different than say, the last 40 years?". Yes it is a 3 weeks early, but the clock is going forward by one hour. I don't think the world is going to end. I heard people saying what if the Banks get it wrong, again I replied with "It is a hour people, relax"

None of it worked, but I like to say that I tried.

AMEN TO THAT. I really like the extra daylight time early as I spend a lot of time outside. Not that it makes any real difference as there are still the same amount of daylight hours and an old semi-retired (my wife says semi-retarded) guy like me doesn't really pay much attention to the clock. catfish

    Why change at all?

If you want more daylight, just get out of bed earlier. This whole daylight savings things is just a croc!

That's one thing I DID like about AZ. That state had enough sense to opt out of the whole Daylight Savings farce. There are some others that did so too but I forget which ones.

    Yep. Changed:

    the clock in the bathroom
    the clock by the bed
    the clock in the kitchen
the clock on the dvd player
    the clock in the Miata
the clock in the Corvair (just kidding, the 'Vair doesn't have a clock)
the clock in the Jaguar (you would think it would change itself)
    my wristwatch
the wristwatch I inherited from my grandfather

    ...

    Did I forget anything?

And I get to change all those again later in the year. Lucky me!
