    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    Corn, cut from 3 ears (or 1 can)
    3 large tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can)
    Salt & Pepper

    Brown ground meat, onion, and green pepper in heavy skillet. Fat from ground beef is usually adequate to brown all three without adding cooking oil. Add corn, tomatoes, S & P to taste. Cover and simmer 45 min., stirring once during cooking.SERVES: 4
