Do ALL firearms sales have to go throughan FFL?

    I've only sold one firearm, and this^ is pretty much what I did.
    Bill of sale for each party, and exchange D/L info. It covers both parties.
    If a buyer wasn't willing to divulge his/her current info, no deal.

    I would expect the same if buying face to face.
