I won two auctions at GB the other day and sent my info out right after close of auction using ask the seller.I never got a copy of my emails and wondered if they had received them.I was able to get sellers email through resolve problem with seller.
I got an email first from 1 of the sellers wanted to know why I hadn't contacted them.
Sellers, you could be loosing sales because a bidder may want more info before bidding.
Also you may want to place your email in your ad as a secondary way of contacting you.
Just thought you might like to know.
PS Good or bad post feedback for sellers.I'd be a plus 5 not the +1 that I am at GB if sellers posted feedback for me.

SXS, yes there is a problem with BrandX`s system. I bid on an item and was just notified I had been out bid...this auction ended 3 days ago....I also sent an email to another seller, asking if he had a larger suppy of items than he had listed for a direct purchase, as so not to skirt BrandX`s fee`s on the items he had listed, this was also three days ago and I just now received the copy of the message I sent him. Finally, my second user name that we buy with on occassion, just received notifaction that the BrandX site had been down....strange things going on, this must have been a major disaster and they still don`t have all the kinks out. I imagine their email complaints are overflowing and they are trying to complete the task of getting everything back running smoothly. There is no telling how much damage they have unless people make them aware of it. I would not want that job. LTS

I haven't dealt with GB for about nine months now - I also received an e-mail about the problems and they were waiving the Final "Screw You" Fee for the last couple days.
