I think your air is coming out the wrong end.
That's a PPSH isn't it? I thought I had heard of Korean War Vets refering to it as a burp gun before. That's a pretty cool firearm.
Yes it appears to be a Russian PPSh-41 7.62 X 25. This weapon was also used in Vietnam.
It's not a PPSH, not even Russian.
Pietta semiauto copy.
that gun is sweet on COD WAW
Here's a clue
that would appear to be some type of copy of a british sten gun though the rib on top is something i do not reconize as being standard
It's a standard MkIII sten.
if it's standard it's remake ... it's not original with that rib.....
ok my bad i had the mkIII confused with the mkII . i had to go into the safe to check it out .....
Just to confuse things a bit more, how about this one...
It's in standard trim.
Many thanks Cosmo.
I have been looking for a picture of that hybrid Mk2/Mk3 Sten for a long time.
Could anyone please confirm if the arm with the drum mags pictured in the OP, is the Pietta semiauto copy, as mentioned in the earlier post. If not, can anyone please advise the maker?
its a sten cross, they had a article about this somewhere , they rotated the bolt 45 deg to accept from the drum which i think was a Soumi not a PPsH drum ,
i used to be a member on a forum this was posted as a build before getting canned ..
or o hope its that one
Hello Jack and thanks for your reply.
I assumed that the drum mags were Soumi from the distinctive shape of the stick mags in the picture.
Should you come across any more information on this arm or the forum on which you originally noticed it, I would be greatful to hear of it.
