    Jingles, Cannonball, Pat Buttram, Gabby Hayes, Fuzzy, but probably closest to my heart was Smiley Burnett. I kind of have a soft spot for the less strait laced side kicks then I do the main characters.

    James Arness was an actor and Matt Dillon was his character. As an example it could be stated that James Arness played the character of Matt Dillon. Matt Dillon was not my favorite character but he is close to it. I think I have a DVD series of Gunsmoke.

    I loved that show! I bought dvd of it and it still isn't to bad. I used to love The Rat Patrol and bought a dvd of the show. It was pretty bad!

    I will have to say "Lucas Macain" still love to watch the show!! Always a lesson in morality in it!! The old shows are great, the dvd's of the old tv shows sell fast at the stores.
