I am looking for Fiala .22 caliber pistol parts, particularly the barrel attachment screw, or at least the thread dimensions and pitch for same. A picture of the full screw would be helpful also. My Fiala came without a screw. I can see that one side has threads intact and the other side appears smooth.
I would appreciate any information on how to remove the slide also.
I know of ONE guy who has Fiala's, and he's got more than a few...
FloridaFialaFan is the handle he goes by on several gun boards...
google that and you'll see more pics than you can shake a stick at...

I am very sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I would have very much liked to talk and work with him.
In researching his (Jack's) previous threads, he refers to a gun shop that did work for him, that he was very happy with. It sounded like it was in his neighborhood. Does anyone one know what community that might be?...or the gunsmith that he might be referring to?
Are there any other leads for Fialas, and expertise related to same? Thanks!
I know he was in South Florida, how far down I don't know...could have been anywhere from Jax to the Keys...
Fairly recently a bunch of Fiala's from Florida hit the auction sites, that might help center it a bit...
probably his family disbursing his collection...
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
