Firearms International was an importer in Washington DC. Taken over by Garcial Sporting Goods around 1970. So that would make your gun 60s or older.

FN is Fabrique National D'Armes de Guerre, in Herstal, Belgium. They have been making fine firearms since 1889. They used to make all the Browning guns.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that 1950 is the date.

These rifles were made and imported by FIE, Sears Roebuck, Roy Weatherby and likely several others between 1947 an 1963.

FN made one of the best type 98 Mauser commercial actions.

I am going to guess that your rifle will fetch between $400 and $700 depending on how bad someone wants a commercial Mauser in .270 Win.
