Hi guys, new here.

I have a Forehand Model 1901 hammerless pistol that was my father-in-laws before he died. It works fine except when the trigger is squeezed the pistol won't fire. It dimples the shell but doesn't look to me like it is striking the shell hard enough.

How is the firing pin on this pistol removed and is it possible to get a new firing pin. Or if anyone knows of another reason why this pistol won't fire I would appreciate the info.

I want to sell the pistol but need to get it to fire. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum kemperhills. I cannot answer your question about where to find the firing pin. First thing I did was go to Numrich arms but they are sold out of every thing to do with the firing pin. I am sure that someone with more information will come along and be able to answer you.
