A 8 3/8" Model 27-3 and 6" 686-4 with the combat style grips. I've yet to fire either revolver with the grips pictured.

Mines a S&W 586-2 Distinguished Combat Magnum, 6" sihouette model with adjustable front sight as well as micro adjustable rear. And the greatest part, a 15 oz single action trigger break.

The grips are Hogue Custom Tulipwood

A beautiful gun. i had the 586 part figured out, but the adjustable front sights threw me . For some reason I thought they only came on the 44 magnum. Learn something every day around here. (When I joined I knew everything)

PS I was also surprised the original pre 27's didn't have the recessed cylinder. I gotta study more.
