Pork should be cooked untill an internal temp of 160 - 170 is reached. The larger the piece of meat, the longer it takes to reach that temp. The hotter the grill, the faster it will reach the desired temp. Time for cooking depends on the size of the piece of meat, and the temp of the device used to cook it.

Hillbilly, you need to PM Shooter45 (Sam) for some of his rub. He sells it 6 lbs at a time. Trust me, you will use all of it because it is great and you can't get it anywhere else. I put his rub on a pork roast and it was over the top.

I would set the gill temp at 250 to 300 and just let it go. Stop it once a hour and check the temp in the middle of the roast. When it is 160 pull it and let it rest. While resting it will reach the needs temp.
