Grizzly Tools

    I've ordered several tools and other stuff from Grizzly and never had an issue with any of their products but after ordering a MT2 head and some Duracoat from them I got my order in and a few days later I realized that the duracoat hardener was, well already hard. I called customer service and she was not all that helpful and told me to call technical support. I was a little confused b.c this wasn't a technical issue, the bottle just dried up. Well anyway I called technical service and to my surprise it was the Springfield MO store and I got a sales guy. I told him about my issue with the duracoat. While I was on the phone with him he walked back to the warehouse and checked the rest of their stock and said all was well to him with what they had there. I thought that they would just send me a replacement hardener but they are sending me an entire new kit, paint and all. So thumbs up to them.
