H & R ??? sgl shot 16ga, very unusual

    That's a cool shotgun, wish I had the bucks.
    You are making a good choice in keeping it.
    I never buy any H&R's with the intention of selling though!:D

    Interesting reviewing Toplots discussion of his 16 H&R Hammerless singleshot shotgun. I recently bought a shotgun of the same description at a local gunshow. It too has the Serial # BH 546. Could this be the same shotgun?

    Since this thread is three years old, if you bought your gun in the past three years, it is entirely possible they are the same gun since ya'll both live in the same part of the country.

    It probably is. I have shot one ruffed grouse with it, so.
