I have a H&R starter pistol, .22 and 9 shot, looks to be a parkerized type finish.

Markings on the receiver, left side above trigger are "H&R INC GARDNER MASS. U.S.A.

MArkings on the solid barrel are "STR. 0.22" , 2nd line "22 SHORT BLANK" 3rd line "MADE IN U.S.A."

Seriel # on bottom of pistol grip "AY063258"

Purchased in 1980 for $70, I have the owners manual and original purchase receipt. I'm looking to sell (eBay ?) and don't know a fair price.

Thank you for any advice & interest.

I bought one at a recent gun show for $20 and sold it an hour later for $90.

Do you still have this gun and are you still looking to sell? I may be interested at the right price.

For those who've never seen one, here's a pic. This is a .32 blank, but the .22 was built on the same frame and design - merely different bore in the cylinder.
