You should really get a couple good manuals and read up before you start the reloading process. It's very simple and very rewarding, but it can also be very dangerous if you are not careful. Asking question on forums like this is a great way to learn and get some answers and opinions from other handloaders, but it is not a substitute for a good manual.

What manuals do you have and what do they say about your load in question?

Hodgdon the makers of H 4831 list a "Start" charge of 56gr and a Max charge of 60.0gr of H 4831 with a 130gr Hornady SP bullet. Most data will read like this, "start" and "max" always start you testing at "Start" and work up to "Max" . Never start at max if you value your rifle, hands, eyes and life.
