I bought a Hatsan Escort MP 12 Gauge shotgun in late May of 2011. I love this shotgun. Even though it is a Turkish import, and was only $350 when I bought it in Missouri, it has surpassed my expectations entirely. It came with FO sights, top optic rail, molded pump grip with rail, flash suppressor, heat shield, a pistol grip full butt stock, and a chrome lined 18" barrel. I bought this as a tactical shotgun for my patrol car as well as for use as a home defense weapon. Unfortunately, it did not come with the magazine extension and I think it would be beneficial to have more rounds available to send down range at a time. I have been searching high and low for a retailer that sells this accessory but I am unable to find one. Does anyone know where I can find one or know what type of extension tube is is compatible with this mode

Hatsan offers an extension magazine tube for the gun, or you can use an extension magazine tube for the Benelli Nova with minor modifications.

The only down side is that I know Hatsan offers the mag extension tube but they do not sell directly from their site to consumers, they only sell to retailers but I haven't been able to find a retailer who sells them. I want to try and keep the shotgun as original as possible by using Hatsan products instead of modifying parts from other manufacturers to fit it and I want to eliminate the possibility of having malfunctions that wouldn't normally happen when using original manufacturer parts...

go to legacysports.com and they will send you any part you would like for this shotgun.
btw the best thing about this shotgun is that it's is solid as rock. the forearm is sturdy, the action is very simple to take apart, and you can literally drop this gun in water/sand/mud (I have actually done all these things actually) and it will always fire. i personally don't like all the accessories besides the heat shield and maybe the stock and forearm but that's just my taste. mines stripped down to its bare form with a folding stock. it's a great gun though mate good choice.

The Nova tube has the same threads except not as long. You may require a rubber O-ring at the base of the magazine cap threads using a Nova extension.
