Workin' on #5. "Buell" turned out real good. #5 is called "Morgan's Pasture" and is set in 1955/85. About a 14-year-old who comes back after 30 years to understand how the summer of his 14th birthday marked him for life. Small town: dirty cop, transient workers, coming-of-age, the-way-we-were, kind of story. I'll post the first few words somewhere on here if you'd like to se them.

    Hello all,

I am somewhat new to this forum, so Ive just been reading..

I dont want to eat up available bandwidth that could be used by more experienced posters..... Besides, I am afraid of alienating others with my teeth-grittingly boring reports & posts regarding my collection of MBR's and the subsequent shooting & related topics associated with them.

These mind numbing orations are designed in an honest attempt to make the average reader uncontrollably drool in anticipation of my next post, but unfortunately, only result in making everyone salivate in their sleep, thus I end up "labelled" in an unfavorable manner.........

There's a piece of the new book in "Fire For Effect"

And you're right. It could have taken place in any small town. They're all pretty much the same, nationwide.
