If you are skilled with a pistol, rifle or any other firearm, you could win $100,000 in prizes on season 2 of History Channel's hit competition show TOP SHOT. Producers are looking for anyone with mind-blowing shooting skills and a big personality to take on exciting physical challenges with multiple guns and mystery projectile weapons. It doesn't matter if you're a professionally trained shooter or a self-taught, average Joe (or Jane!). As long as you're in good physical shape, have mastered a firearm and can adapt to new weapons and demanding physical situations, you could be America's next "Top Shot."

I have watched that show... A lot of people with very narrow skill sets... I don't know how well an "average joe" would look on paper to get on though...
At least I know that if it came down to me against them without any "practice" with most every weapon they used I could win 9 out of 10 times, though I am not really an "average joe"...
15 minutes into the first episode, I realized what a crappy series that this was gonna be. Why would anyone wish to tryout. It must be that "15 minutes of fame" thing.

i noticed they didnt even have bb guns in the house... i bet the rules where no guns off the range. i wouldnt like that.... i'd want to be out back plinkin with my 22 or atleast my bb gun
I know of 1 NRA Long Range PALMA & F-Class shooter that was invited for both shows try outs. Needless to say he didn't get on the show but had a **** time flying to CA and enjoying a small vacation from work on the Networks dime.
i'll try out for season three. im well rounded and a character to boot. except i refuse to fly so they'll either catch my gas or i aint going
