I'm home today with a virus, so I thought I'd bring out an old favorite recipe...Alton Brown's Soft Pretzels. They are easy to make, and you can put a lot of different toppings on them. The dough comes out to 36 oz., so you can get 12 pretzels at 3 oz. each, or Alton recommends 8 pieces at 4.5 oz. Be sure to grease the parchment paper as recommended or they will stick firmly. Don't ask how I know this.
One of the few Alton Brown recipes I've attempted and they came out great!
