I think a democrats would just pass a bill that during the summer months the middle class will have to make up for the winter months.

Truth is, it ain't really about Democrats and Republicans, anymore. It's about liberalism and conservatism. Believe it or not, there are some good Dems around.

Obviously not in the Senate. Votes on the 'Health Care' bill were a solid 60 Democrats strong. All of them voted for it...

In the House?... 219 Democrats voted for the bill and only 39 against it.

If they're out there they're not showing themselves...

Actually, I love the season change, with caveats... I like to see the summer to fall transition, and then that's it... :D Fall is as far as I want to go. :D Fall is the point where hunting reaches its peak and night time temperatures are tolerable. After that, winter is horrible!!! :)

9F at my house the other day is ridiculous. There's nothing pleasurable about that...

9?! Holy flaming crap on a stick, man! The lowest we've been here was like 16 or so. But 16 is still bad enough:mad: Someone needs to ask Algore where the crap the Gorebal warming went to:rolleyes:

Yep, 9F is about as low as the heat pumps can stand. I now have to run the downstairs heat pump at night even though we're upstairs asleep. The setting downstairs is 70F while the upstairs is 68F and they still run all night in emergency mode. I think it has something to do with our location on a river valley. Temps here are 6-10 degrees F cooler than surrounding areas.
